About Maggie Gao (Gao Jie)

Born in China, currently living in Hong Kong.

Having been an entrepreneur and working in the creative games industry, Maggie has always had a passion for art.

“My art is more about expressing how I feel about everything around me. I love playing with color, texture and making marks. I’m not interested in painting exact things. I hope that when people look at my work, they can also see and feel my feelings in it, and find it interesting and resonant.”
